You have arrived at the Montessori Inspired Lifestyle® World Wide Federation Idea Bank, a community of innovators and long term care professionals from care communities around the world. We have come together to exchange ideas for improving the quality of life and quality of care for individuals living in and out of memory care communities by sharing engaging and meaningful activities and possible solutions to the challenges that accompany living with dementia.

We are advocates for a Montessori approach to dementia care and are committed to treating all people with Respect, Dignity, and Equality. Click here for more information about Maria Montessori. The full Idea Bank is only available to approved members. Membership is available for individuals and organizations. Members are required to share a minimum of one idea per year, and agree to some limitations on distribution and ownership of contributions. Contributions are added to a virtual library and categorized by type of activity and Montessori Principle. Members are able to search for ideas by category, principle, or keyword, and are encouraged to leave comments and questions for each other.
